The River

Alessandro Sanna is a prolific Italian artist and illustrator who has published numerous books for readers of all ages. The River is his first book to be published in the US.
Using a gorgeous palette of watercolors to render the watery world in which he immerses himself throughout the year, Sanna gives us four seasons and four beautifully observed stories that are marked by wonder, vitality, and surprise.
